Objective

The Juicy Crab Hiram wanted to generate more brand awareness and social media followers. In doing so, they aimed to give updates to their current supporters as well as gain new supporters of their restaurant promotions to grow their walk-in customers and online orders.

Proposal

We targeted individuals living in and around the Hiram, GA area. We also targeted individuals through their interests.

We utilized different promotions to draw in more walk-in customers and engage our existing followers and target seafood lovers on Facebook and Instagram.

7,749 Facebook Page likes from our ads. 9,060 Total Facebook Page likes total (1,311 people found the page through brand awareness efforts, boosted posts or through word of mouth and liked the page) $0.14 cost per page like on average

Our Mother’s Day promotion reached over 20,000 people on Facebook and got 84 shares. giving The Juicy Crab Hiram more exposure and visibility on the platform.

The post was shared 84 times, indicating that the promotion resonated with the audience and had the potential to reach an even wider audience.
